Hi Forum Members,

Does anyone of you have the picture of this great mid-80s singer and music director, please post it here.

I was wondering none of the International or Hindi Movie / Artist sites are providing any biography details and movie tracks for this awesome singer and director Ajit Singh who sang and composed very beautiful songs for the movies:

Aakarshan 1988 (songs like Kabhi Kabhi Yeh Dil...)
Meri Kahani 1986 (songs like Ajnabi Toofan Laya...)
Kadambari
and Purana Mandir

He has such a splended voice but still he has not been given the right attention as an Indian Singer.

Can anyone do a great favour by posting / sharing his rare songs from these and other movies. This way, he will be able to be known to many who don't know his music skills.

early 80s main ajit singh ke gajal,s ke record bhi released hue thhe----ek hans ka joda ka title song bhi ajit singh ne gaya tha---jiska reord nahin bana tha--vo song film sound track par hi hai--mere khyaal se ajit singh ka gaya hua best song hai vo.

It's no big deal, I wasn't sure you would return to the boards so that's why I had not re-uploaded Akarshan yet, sometimes people request, never to return, so I usually wait a bit for new users. I have already posted it ... hope you can get it now. Also, find another fabulous one from him. If someone also has Ajnabi Toofan Laya from Meri Kahani, so is another incredible song. What a great voice he has.

Have you ever heard or came across another great song from Ajit Singh (though not a popular one)... from Meri Kahani - "Ajnabi Toofan Laya Thandi Hawaiyen".

and also if you have "Aa to gaye hain tere sung tanhai mein" from Film Aakhri Nishchay.

I have been looking for these songs for years but could not find them throughtout the WWW world.

With due respect i want to ask that there are two songs mentioned on this thread of one of my favorite singer Ajit Singh. But they don't appear in this thread when i opened them what's the reason?

Aamir no one "offloads" them except the board's admin, and that is usually done about 30 days after the upload. Hopefully someone can help you with your other requests. Good luck.

Does anyone has "Ajit Singh's" picture or some of his performance clips. Where he is these days? He had his last movie as MD in 1991. But, after that he disappeared. Being a Music Director of his kind, someone must have some biography available to his fans.

Did you find information on Ek Hans Ka Joda, song by Ajit Singh? You are right Ajit Singh has a splendid voice.
