Okay so I have an excel spread sheet with so may columns and rows. All the data is to be put on a webpage. Using TABLE tag is too tedious. Is there an alternate to this? I want to data on the webpage, and not as .xls file on the web.
Any tips?
Thanks in advance.

Save As .html instead of default .xls . You can select .html from the Save as type combo box.

Thanks a lot. This is what happens when I think too much. Seedha raasta chhod ke tedhe pe chalna.. I've made a mess with manually creating a table with so many rows and columns. *phew* Thank you, Pradeep smile.gif

Par ek baat yaad rakhna, whichever Microsoft product, creates an html page, it will most certainly work on IE, but no guarantees it would work on other browsers tongue.gif

Yes, I noticed the extra complicated things in HEAD tag and also other tags have lot of attributes added. It's for my thesis advisor to read and he has IE so I'm saved for now. Thanks for the info though. smile.gif
