Hello 50Some1,
I am not doubting it, I am just saying that the print I saw didnt have this song. And when the film starts it says "Savera Edited". Even if this song was in the film, I dont think it was picturized on Meena Kumari. In the film Lata Mangeshkar sings for Meena Kumari, and Geeta Dutt sings for the Mujra girl -Maney Na Maney Maney Na (I dont know her name but she was seen in lots of films, she is not Sheila Vaaz). This cut out mujra song "thero zara si dair to" must be picturized on her. I dont like this song, my fav Geeta dutt song from this film is "maney na maney na maney na".

i think the song was picturised on meena kumari.i remember watching the video cassette long time back and hearing the prelude music of the song as ashok kumar is going somewhere leaving meena kumari.yes ,lata mangeshker sang two songs for meena kumari in the film,but one of her songs''woh pardesi chora'' is picturised on some character actress.do you have lata's song from the film''aankhmicholi khel rahi hai mujhse meri taqdeer''.it is not there in the video cassette of the film.

"Woh pardesi chora" was picturized on Sheila Vaaz.
