Ittefaq Saab is right. Also, Talat Mahmood provided the male vocal support in the film. The MD was Ghulam Mohd. and the lyrics were by...

This is generally overlooked. This ghazal is sung in a 'Mujra' style in an old movie called MAIN NASHE MEIN HOON, starring Raj Kapoor and Mala Sinha. Music is by Shankar-Jaikishan. I only hope my memory serves my right.

This post says there are two versions, one by Lata and one by Usha. However, both versions uploaded there are the same. The Lata version does not exist.
