i wanna remember some for the gym

i haven't had time to go to gym and also cause of extractions, sigh

My Beginner Experience in Swimmin,



these are things i've thought is amazing.

  • holding breath for long gives u mental relaxation
  • butterfly swim does not make u exhuasted
  • over all , everyday swim helps u to reduce the level of stress ( during exam it helped me a lot)
i'm beginner swimmer, if u know more, share here
