Trade verdict:
The film has nothing new to offer. Even though it is produced by a music company, the music is just about average. Actors like Om Puri and Farida Jalal are severely handicapped by a weak script and a paper-thin plot. A big no-no at the box office.

Aap ko pehle bhi kahin dekha hai has Priyamshu!!!!!! I expected a better performance from him after Tum Bin and he was a complete let down
