The only actor during Guru's time that never gave lipping to Guru's songs was Manoj Kumar! Manoj Kumar gave preference to lesser known "clones" of big big singers. He kept Mukesh, though Manhar as a suitable substitute. He used Manna Dey as a "Guru substitute" (sorry to say), Mahendra Kapoor as a "Rafi substitute", and Shyama Chittar as a "Lata substitute" on many occassions. Only time Guru sang for a Manoj Kumar film was "Kranti" in the song "Chana Zor Garam". Guru sang for Shatrughan Sinha, Lataji for Hema Malini, Mohammed Rafi (released after his death, btw) for Dilip Kumar, and Nitin Mukesh for Manoj Kumar.

Laxmikant Berde - Haa Gora Gora Mukhda (Marathi Song) - I forget the film.

For those who didn't know, Laxmikant Berde was a Marathi actor-comedian who passed away in December 2004. Among his notable Hindi films were Maine Pyar Kiya (where he played Salman's friend), Hum Aapke Hain Kaun (Again Salman's friend-cum-servant), Anaari, etc. He was one of the leading actors in Marathi cinema.
