It was Viju Shah who used the Pankaj Udhas and Sadhna Sargam's version
in the movie Mohra. Babla Mehta is from Delhi. He is a big fan of Mukeshji.
During school days and in the evenings we used to ask him to sing Mukeshji's
songs. He is not a relative of Kalyanji Anandji. Babla is his pet name by which
his parents and friends call him. After my posting in Mumbai, he met me once
when his song " Saajan tere pyar main....kabhi bhoola kabhi yaad kiya", was
to be recorded. Could not see him during my last couple of visits to Delhi.
His younger brother was my classmate.

Maheshbhai, I stand corrected. You are right that Viju Shah used the song in Mohra. I have heard of
Babla Mehta. In fact I have a CD of Mukesh songs by Babla Mehta. I do believe K-A has
nephew Babla (not Mehta) in their family, who is also into music.
