Aadam Thi Shekhaadam Sudhi, Ghazal lyrics Options

Oh - oh - keva re malela man na mel...what a wonderful composition. I had the pleasure of listening to Janardan/Harshida rawal singing it live. IIRC the Shruti Gayak Vrund had an LP out and this one, along with many other such gems were in there. As a kid I used to listen to that record at least once a day. Some that I remember are Hun to gai ti mele and another one that gives me goosebumps is -

Shunyata ma paankhar varsi rahi
Vaadalio aabh thi tarasi rahi

aa badha laachar thai jota rahya
...

that's all I remember

Does anyone have that album? I'd give anything, honestly, anything to get that album. Aganit yaado jodayeli chhe e album saathe.

I think we should start a thread of gujarati ghazals (Shunya Palanpuri, Gani Dahiwala, Shekhadam Abuwala etc..) .
Maybe we should call it "Aadam thi Shekhaadam sudhi".

Good idea. To continue with this here is "Nayan Ne Bandh Rakhi Ne". This is one of my favourite.

Here is one more. This is a fabulous ghazal by Hasim Randheri. Muktak is by "Ghayal".

prem etle ke saav khulli aankhon thi thatho maLvaano vaaydo
swapna ma paLaay evo kaaydo...

A bit funny if you ask me.
