Tariq - sorry if no one has welcomed you to the forums or answered your question... but to upload your Punjabi songs - assuming you've already recorded them into mp3 or m4a format you simply reply to an existing thread or create one of your own, then you'll notice a box that says "file attachments." You simply browse for your songs and add them/attach them. When you post the reply your songs will be uploaded into the forum. As for the question about "shouting"...sorry, that's nothing I can readily answer. But thanks for joining and hope you're still with us.
