No one coming to rescue? What kind of assistance do you want Harihar? I have all of them except for Sunrise(1927) on VHS or DVD. But I don't see how having them can help you unless you want information on these movies. "This isn't right, this isn't even wrong." Check out the Criterion and the Turner Classic Movies websites. Some of them should be available there.

And the obvious one:
The internet movie database: http://www.imdb.com/ If you type in the name of the movie ... on the left hand side there is a link to Other info --> Merchandising Links... that takes you to the various websites where the movies will be available. Mads good suggestion but I am small (time) collector and prices quoted on these are beyond my reach I am sorry to say! I had done that before on certain of these films and that's the reason I gave up but I thought the prices would have pattered but some still the same but others increased by demand for these classics. Thanks anyways I am willing to pay reasonable but not forking out a fortune. I shall get them in time when I am abt to retire but that's hope a long way Music is moral law. Harihar,
That link takes you to amazon etc and I just checked on A Place in the Sun which is available for $8.99 (clubbed with From Here to Eternity it would cost you about $20) and if you convert it to Pounds it would be practically half of that... Check this out: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00...BZ/imdb-button/ "This isn't right, this isn't even wrong." Wolfgang Pauli (1900-1958) "There are no facts, only interpretations." I have found films unlimited website they have a hugh selection, hoping to buy the collector's set which have 3-4 films (6 DVDs) at knock down prices. Music is moral law. YM, Here is a link to the '64 version of the movie. http://www.amazon.com/Carpetbaggers-George...d/dp/B00008CMQZ Have not read the book and did not know that it was based loosely on Howard Hughes' life... Have not seen The Aviator either. Would be interesting to note the differences in treatment. "This isn't right, this isn't even wrong."
