Only Kishoreda can make justice to this song. excellent post. used to luv watching it on chitrahaar abt 15 yrs back....Good composition by bappi da (though the arrangement has more RDish touch than the typical Bappi Lahiri style). Thanks

Yeah RK...lovely song..around 4 yrs ago it was released in an album of Kishore-Da (naam yaad nahi aa raha hai). The album was sold out in Bangalore only for this song.

....BUT...Ravi Saab...these songs are *easily* available....and being U/L a billion times...how about trying something which are not so easy to get hands on? Please do NOT take it the wrong way....all I am suggesting is to share something which are a bit uncommon....

If u search the forum with "My Assistant" and look for a particular song ...it will show you whether your intended U/L # is already posted before....
that being said, this is an awesome # and if this is CD Quality/CD-rip...it deserves KUDOS from me and am sure from the rest of KK fans here....
If this is a CD-RIP...do u have the # "DIL MEIN KISIKA..." sung by GURU (not LATA ji's)? If so, please U/L....

I have Dekha hain Zindagi ko on KK Various songs compilation CD... Let me know if you want me to upload it... unless this one is a different version of this song.... I have not downloaded it yet...

We looking into the problem of ZIP getting corrupted , its only happening to few members and not everybody... So its every difficult to debug the nature of the problem as we all have different PC environment, In the meantime you can always use FireFox Browswer as today I have test this with few users who had this problem using IE. And it worked for them when using FF....

It seems that you are a jeetendar fan. Good news is, I have almost all the Jeetendar and KK songs.
If no CDQ of Tohfa are uploaded in a day or so, I will upload my version.

Also do let me know how was the quality of the Pataal Bharavi songs. Did it sound ok (they were not CD rip). I digitally enhanced (removed noise) few songs recently.

I just want 2 add few cents 2 wht poppy has already spoke of.
1stly ppl dn't apprecaite the "I" mode....which means basically I have done,its me,etc etc.Reason why I say so is the songs which u keep uplaoding in this forum u urself isn't aware of...but most of them hv been already uplaoded before by old members in this forum.But 2 save space the links has been deleted 2 accomodate more space.So,basically the "I" mode dn't hold good here.
2ndly as Poppy mentioned its the number of downloads tht counts which can make u feel happy as how ur contribution is appreciated in the forum.Sometimes members do respond if something exceptional,rare,uncommon is uplaoded.So don't lose heart.

Myself joined only 4 months and I find many songs uploaded which I have already downloaded from this forum previously uploaded by different members. (and thus sometimes by mistake I am downloading the same song again)

Also note that though
"Tujhse Pehle Bematlab Thi Zindagani" was requested by thakur on March 29th but still no body uploaded the same (either CD quality/any quality) till April 8th (even though it might have been uploaded on this forum before and so some or the other person must have it). So I thought to upload it though it is a not rare song.

The sound quality of Pataal Bhairavi are okay.

I actually thought not to upload 'common' songs in this forum so stopped uploading. Since many songs has already been uploaded previously in this forum so its just a repeat of the same which does not really make sense to upload.

I actually thought not to upload 'common' songs in this forum so stopped uploading. Since many songs has already been uploaded previously in this forum so its just a repeat of the same which does not really make sense to upload.
Also its better to be a silent downloader. You don't loose anything!

Barwa Jay, Please do upload the CDQ versions of the songs available to you in Pakka Dhaga. CDQ is always preffered.

The versions I have are not CDQ.

Is there anyway you can upload the CD quality version ' gori o gori' from ' Gai aur Gori'. The version I have is poorly ripped, distorted and sounds horrible. That's right, let's keep uploading the songs as they get better with the sound qulity. I just uploaded the songs from the movie ' Saagar'. I'll see if I can find other songs as well. Thanks.

Since you have the CDQ of "Jaani Dost", you should upload it for all.

Once it is uploaded in Pakka Dhaga, I will remove the attachments of my posts of Jaani Dost, otherwise there will be repeated uploads of same songs and members will get confused.

Hey Ravi,

The Mawaali songs were excellent - thanks for that. Brought back fond memories of Bombay when the film was a hit upon its release. The song would be played on loudspeakers at all the Ganapati festivals, May 1st, Diwali, birthday parties, weddings, etc.

Of course, the religious ceremonies would first start with Lata's Marathi bhajans and then Suresh Wadkar's soft religious songs, before the enterprising organizers played songs from "Himmatwala", "Maqsad", "Mawaali", Balidaan, Meri Aawaz Suno. etc. Jeetendra was quite a rage at the time and almost 1-2 movies featuring him used to be released at the time.

Do you have any CDQ tracks of Meri Aawaz Suno?

Hello ravikumarofindia,
I have a question for you. How come almost all the songs you upload sound as if the singers/musicians are singing from the inside of a tunnel? Do you apply any kind of audio treatment to those songs? If yes, what exactly do you do? Is there anyway you can upload the songs in the ' raw ' form in future? In other words, the songs you are uploading are rare and wonderful but they sound rather terrible. Well, terrible may be too harsh a word, but I am sure you understand what I mean.

I do the hard work only once and utilize it forever.

I have the full Hindi Movie Names with Details database in XML file (converted from a XLS file) which I got from a site(Having around 7500 Movie Names). The only advantage is I do not need to visit the site for getting any info. It is on my hard disk. I have to manually copy all the movie details from that site and it took me months (that was hard work).

The only problem is the Lyricist name is not in the Database.

So in case you need to get any Movie info just give me a call.

I never claimed I am the first one to upload this on this forum. Don't know what made you feel like that.

I said "...assuming nobody uploaded....". Isn't that enough to mean others may have uploaded, but I am doing it again just because someone requested. I cannot just sit and search & search all the forum threads to find who uploaded a specific song. Then it will take hours to search threads only and we can forget about uploading songs (which is in itself a pain with around 5MB to upload).

It is always implied that if a song is the same song which someone uploaded before and I got that copy, please assume I am paying my respect to that person. May be I don't write that always while uploading, but it is implied. Do assume this for any of my future uploads.

And I joined HF later than you, and so you should be having more than I have (and thus you are among the maharathis)

Only that, I tag the file names properly so that I can search them efficiently.

Nimii careful if Billu da hears you and stops all the Windows machine, we all will go crazy because we cannot hear our kishore da then.

Tab mac ka laptop leke gana sunnna padega.

Real Player older versions are quite good. Download Real 8 and it will automtically connect to internet to get any plugins. Don't get the latest players like 10 or so, they are too heavy. (I don't understand why newer versions are always crappy than older versions, just like new songs and old songs)
Also I still use Window Media Player 6 and just don't want 9 or 10, they take huge lot of time to open up and forget playing!

I saw both the Strepsils and Koffee CDs while in Mangalore recently and was thoroughly disappointed with them. Frankly, I wish the music companies contacted either Bobby Mudgal or Bawra Jay for rare tracks.

This Vipin Reshammiya happens to be Himmesh's dad...small-time Gujarati music director....if you listen to the interview...the reference is "Vipin Reshammiya-Kishore Singh" and not "Vipin Kishore"....
