I too came to know about this song only after joining HF. Here is the song in 128 KBPS , 03:48 min

This is an absolutely new one for me! Thanks Parag. So this film was released posthumously in 1973? ( I am guessing 1983 was a typo?)

No, it is 1983. The film "Saajan ki galiyan" never released. This song was later used in Film hi Film which was made using portions of un-released films.

Here they go - courtesy Sukesh Ji - but I am not able to verify if they confirm to the extra stanza's mentioned in the request.

Both of them are 192 kbps mp3 format foles with 4:00 & 4:03 duration respectively.

Sachin, both of these have an extra stanza each. So to me it seems that these are the extended versions Alok was looking for!
