Paalirukkum Pazhamirukkum-P.Susheela,T.M.S (Humming)-Paava Mannippu (1961)-MD Vishwanathan Ramamoorthy I have listened to a hindi song sung by Lata M and Hemant K with the same tune does anyone have any details abt this song ,film etc;???? Lovely song....one correction though The humming in this song goes to the credit of M S Viswanathan (one of the music director duo)..and not to TMS Sri "Jis din is duniya se nafrat aur khudgarzi mit jaayegi, us roz yeh insaan naachega, us roz yeh dharti gaayegi" - Rajinder Krishan (Maa baap 1959)

Here's the Tamil version by P. Sushila (Hindi version by Lata-ji) in "SUVARNA SUNDARI": If you stop trying to make sense of it all, you'll be less confused. Reality is an illusion.

One of the most revered poetic works in Tamil is the Tiruppugazh, which means "praise of God", by the 14th century saint-composer, Arunagirinathar. He is believed to have composed considerably more than the about 2000 songs that have survived. The Tiruppugazh is known for its beautiful, flowing lyrics coupled with intricate rhythmic patterns. Devotion was the main theme; most were songs in praise of Lord Subramanya, and the compositions bear the poet's signature-ending with the invocation "Perumaaley".
This song, beautifully rendered by the legendary TMS, is from a biographical film made in the early sixties. The lyrics are original verses of the poet-savant, and is an exquisite example of his brilliant alliteration: If you stop trying to make sense of it all, you'll be less confused. Reality is an illusion.

The lyrics of Kannadasan, the music of MSV and the voice of TMS --- three legends, whose collaboration produced several classics of Tamil film music:
If you stop trying to make sense of it all, you'll be less confused. Reality is an illusion.
