This is a great song from Guddi. This was Vani Jairam's first play black for a Hindi movie.
I still recollect the song scene, Jaya Badhuri entering the class room during the middle of this song. I guess, she enters the class and joins the singing after the words 'bhed-bhaav'.

The file you are uploading you have to mention the bit rate i.e. 128kbps or whatever it has plus the duration of the song in the tag of the file which you want to upload. If you can give the details of the song means movie, singer, Music Director.

Thanks for these very nice rare songs.

Here is a popular Hemant Kumar song from Nagin.
With it's reference to holy places like Kaashi and Mathura, I used to think this as a devotional song.
Many years later, as I learnt a few hindi words and when I got a chance to see the movie, I realized it as a love song.
The movie version of the song is slightly different in two lines. Anup Jhalota has also sung this song.
If anyone has the movie and Anup's versions, please upload them.

Today's Uploads are of Kishore Da.

There are lot of Die hard Kishore Da fans like me in HF. I really respect them. To name few of them Eskayes Bhai, Dubloo Bhai, King Kishore Bhai, Omkar Bhai, Rahul Bhai, Marcilo Bhai and few others as well. They are always really supportive to me. And I must add they are extraordinary people. They are uploading some great songs of Kishore Da.

Today I am uploading few songs of Kishore Da. These songs I have not taken from any of HF threads. These songs are not very common. But aforesaid people have a big collection of Kishore Da must be having all songs. Nevertheless I am uploading for those who don't have these songs and they are in really good quality except few.

If somebody has uploaded this song on any other thread, the credit for uploading is with him. I don't want any credits. Just want people listen to Great Kishore Da songs.

Request: If somebody can upload the details of the songs, I am not good in it. I will try to give movie names where possible.

Without hearing the songs I can say they will be pearls. Because the uploading person is a great music lover.

Kamala Jee after thinking a lot, I realized you were right that musicians of 50 to end of 60s were really genius. Due respect to others of later years as well. The melody was really ruling in that era. Especially i have strong penchant and predilection towards Ravi Jee. He was Awesome.

I am not much exposed to songs of early 50s. Besides, I know only some hindi words.
I agree, Bulo C Rani's voice resembles a lot like Atma; perhaps even better. Any idea, how many songs he sang?
I very much like Bulo C. Rani's compositions. I heard that his life had a sad ending.

for you to download a file, you must upload files (songs ) too.

that way you can download almost twice of what you ahve uploaded,

like 10 mb if u upload u get to download 20 mbs.

till now u ahvent uploaded or downloaded anything, so ur ratio is zero both upload wise and download wise,

so first upload soem songs which will enable u to download, see file attachemt rules and adhere to them to avoid deletion of your uploaded files.

anyway few very basic rules for file upload is

1) it sud be a song/video file made into zip or rar.
see bitrate allowed per audio and video ( and screen size for vifeo)

2) audio/video must be before a date of 2000, i mean u cna upload songs from movies/albums till 1999 only .

3) it sudnt be english or non indian , only indian , hindi or regional .

4) the basic details liek movie/album name, artist name, bit rate, duration sud be given.

It has two entries for this song. One version, a Rafi, Usha duet and a second version, KK, Lata duet.
I too have doubts about the female singer.
Hope someone will confirm the female singer's identity.

I am hearing music since I have born. Rest the thing is that I am strictly against of people who don't share their songs. As what's the use if you hold the smell of flower in your domain and don't let others to smell it. It's sincere truth the songs which I have I want that everybody should have it. And they talk with me on those songs and we have discussions.

About Rafi Sahab and Kishore Da. I think they are (I will not say were) Kings of Songs. They both have their own style. I hope so it's a big crime (or paap) to compare them. Each one has his own style and both were incomparable in their field. I must say We all should respect them like they both respect each other. We should not ever attempt to say who is first and who is second. Both are Number one in my opinion. I love both equally.

If Janta is having songs which they like I am happy. I don't want to become Mantri but definitely want the love of people.

According to earthmusic details are:
Zamana hai pyaar ka - Film: AAHAT (1974) -Lyrics: Kafeel Azar , Music: Chetan .
However, according to Rafi Saheb's song book by S.A. Haq, the movie was released very late in 1980 eventhough the song was recorded in 1974.

I have compared 4 songs

1. Mehbooba O Mehbooba of Sholay

2. Kal Kya Hoga of Kasme Waade

3. Sab Ko Salam Karte hain of Jaagir uploaded by Salil da in Kishore Collection forum, you can download that King Kishore Bhai Thread Very beautiful song.

4. Ajooba Ajooba of Hifazat.

Now what I concluded it's Burman Da voice. It's because of age, HIfazat is of 1987 release, just compare jaagir song of 1985, both voices are exactly same.

Just compare these four songs. Then you can judge. Do tell me after hearing four of the songs. I am quite confident because I have thought a lot on them.

Shish Behan if you know there are two other songs which is not present in extended version in market that is

song from Umeed sung by great Rafi Sahab. you must have heard Mujhe ishq hain tujhe say.

last verse was

Na mujhe Gham-e-muqadar

mera dil ka Aashaina

then the repeation of starting verse. if someone has heard this song not full version. Then I must say the last verse is the best portion of the song. Because usually people don't have heard it. So it gives lot of joy.

The other one is from film Aman song is Aaj ki raat yeh kaisi raat

The portion missing in market version is

It appears you have done extensive voice comparisons and I trust you.
In my mind, I was only comparing RDB's voice to 70s songs such as 'monica my darling' and Sholey songs.
Your comparison is way beyond that; therefore, let us leave it at that.
