It is one of the few MK songs I happen to love! Venkat I have changed many views in life since my childhood, but not my view of Rafi Saab as the God-sent Gandharva who visited this Earth briefly to spread ultimate ecstasy among genuine music-lovers!

Sameer,
While on this, there is one other Mahendra-Asha duet which is equally nice. "Aa Jaa Re Aa Jaa, Laage Naa Mora Jiyaa". I don't know the other details. Do you have it? Venkat I have changed many views in life since my childhood, but not my view of Rafi Saab as the God-sent Gandharva who visited this Earth briefly to spread ultimate ecstasy among genuine music-lovers!

Venkat Doesn't sound familiar to me. perhaps you are talking about "Aa jao aa bhi jao" from Sambandh(69)? Although This one is not a duet. |

Sameer,
Sorry, it is just a solo of Asha from "SARHAD" (1960), the MD being C.Ramchandra. The lyrics are just what I mentioned earlier. It is a very nice westernised, fast-beat song! Venkat I have changed many views in life since my childhood, but not my view of Rafi Saab as the God-sent Gandharva who visited this Earth briefly to spread ultimate ecstasy among genuine music-lovers!
