Archie:
Another one of your requests: If you stop trying to make sense of it all, you'll be less confused. Reality is an illusion.

QUOTE(unni @ Jul 19 2005, 06:09 AM) Unni-saab, Many thanks. Does this song not have a pristine feel about it? I do not understand the wordings but the melody is sublime. It gives a feeling of an old world which is so rare to envisage in today's mad milee. Regards-Archie, |

Picturized on artistes in the role of a young couple, the song expresses their hopes and wishes in anticipation of the birth of their first child. Here is the fourth song, another golden oldie: If you stop trying to make sense of it all, you'll be less confused. Reality is an illusion.

Dear Unni Saare,
Thank you for those fabulous uploads. My Malayalam music knowledge is pretty much zero and am only familiar with the more popular-recent ones such as High Highness Abdullah and Bharatham. Im in no position to make specific requests, but anything that's uploaded is welcome :-) Keep them coming at your convenience. Vivek |

This time, three days were spent traveling, three days at home and a 3-day side trip to Cochin, Allepey and Kumarakom. Just a day in Bombay, keeping my fingers crossed the flight back would operate, what with the record rainfall! If you stop trying to make sense of it all, you'll be less confused. Upon request from the Malayalam sub-forum (Lingo Hamara section), here's a Yesudas song. From the 1986 movie "Raakkuyilin Raagasadassil", this tune was created by M.G.Radha Krishnan, with lyrics by Ramesan Nair.
Listen to one of the ultimate tributes paid to the "Bhaarya" (the wife), by the husband....beautifully enacted on screen by Mammootty and Suhaasini. |
