have been thinking about posting this thread for a long time now!!! i was lucky enough to spend my new years eve in gujrat with my family!!! it was a pleasure as well as spiritual trip... and frankly i fell in love with gujrat!!!! it wasnt just the friendly nature of the ppl out there it was the place too...
by the end of my trip i could even read whatever was written in Gujrati in the process i did some major mistakes too like when i read junglo and asked the driver if it was the forest he was going to show us the other day and he gave me one strange look and told me it was bunglow and then there were hip saloon and hip ladies tailor which later i came to know was deep saloon and deep ladies tailor Gujrat has everything to show off!!! the best of Mandirs the best of beaches and even a mini kerala!!!! here are some of my memories that i captured in my camera!!! The Isckon Temple, ahemdabaad Katputli dance Shiv ji in naageshwar Doesnt it look like a spread out bear!!!! a cove near Bet Dwarika from where we take stremers to cross the sea and reach the Temple the strangest Auto i have ever seen a means of transport very common in the villages!!! my mom and kids were tired so we got one for them Sunset in junagadh... ararararaaaaaaaaaaaaa the wind mills looked so beautiful... i had never so many ek saath Sea beach at Porbander... we stayed in a hotel facing the sea and it was great fun!!! dinner was served near the beach Ramesh Ojha Mandir on the way to Somnaath Sea beach!!! oh how i love sea!!! i had to be stopped by my mausi from walking right into the sea many times Somnaath Temple!!!! such a beautiful place!!! The lazy pigeons!!! we tried so hard to make them fly but all they would do is run faster then we did Some traditional ritual performed in somnath i wanted to do the recording but alas!!! i had very limited memory remaining in my cam!!! Souvenir shop in Somnath Balka tirth... the place where Lord Krishn was killed A tree near the Balka tirth "When beauty talks, nobody notices what grammar it uses"
