Uploading a song sung by Jagjit Singh. The poet - Ramesh Parekh This is also a feeble attempt in trying to transalate the song and bring out the essence of this song with a beautiful meaning... Antar na paane halve this ankaya swar akshar sur shabd na thaay hruday par sahiyara swar akshar eva aa hastakshar Vatan tani maati na forum bhinjavi deeti bheetar phool phool ni olakh layi ne khushboo vehti ghar ghar samay bhale ne sari jaay pan amar rahe swar akshar sur shabd na thaay hriday par sahiyara swar akshar eva aa hastaakshar Ekaj naani phook vahe ne ek bansari vaage Ekaj peechi rang bhare ne drashya sajeevan laage kanth ek jo bane pujari geet bane parameshwar sur shabd na thaay hriday par sahiyara hastakshar eva aa hastakshar... eva aa hastakshar Joy, sorrow, tears, lamentation, laughter — to all these music gives voice, but in such a way that we are transported from the world of unrest to a world of peace, and see reality in a new way, as if we were sitting by a mountain lake and contemplating hills and woods and clouds in the tranquil and fathomless water. - Albert Schweitzer Without music life would be a mistake - Friedrich Nietzsche Where words fail, music speaks - Hans Christian Anderson Music is spiritual. The music business is not - Van Morrison |
