Hi guys hope ur all doing well. Guys looking 4 a few songs i did request for 1 which was uploaded but missed, the songs r,
film - abhimanyu, starring Anil kapoor song was Kanga Kange Kange
film - sautela pati with khusboo song tum chale do kadam
film - salma with salma agha song tarasti hai deedar ko meri aakhen
film - prem rog with rishi kapoor song yeh pyar tha
would appreciate if sum1 cud upload these.
Does ne1 know that in the film Deedar-e-Yaar cant remember exactly where but theres a song by Anwar playing in the background a type of ghazal will sum1 pls confirm this im pretty sure it is just trying 2 get hold of the dvd to confirm.

i just had a look at my Anwar collection i only have about 60 songs not much my target is at least 100 i would appreciate ur help and others if i cud reach my target. Do u have any songs of Rafi sung by Anwar i hope my search doesnt go in vain until H/F came along all theses years of searching has started to pay off i gotta thank u and H/F and everybody else for making this possilbe for me. Anwar is truly a gem.

Arif bhai, I also am after RAFI songs by ANWAR but to date have not come across any album or compilations.

I find it strange considering ANWAR's voice is beyond a shadow of a doubt closest to RAFI.

Arif bhai, we do however have a few live (private mehfil) songs recorded and u/l'd by RafiKiAawazji.

There are NO special voice enhancing sound effects or any philharmonic orchestra's, just ANWAR playing a Harmonium supported by a good Tabla Player.

Bhai Shazaad,

I simply do not know. But if and when I speak to ANWAR over the phone; I shall try and ask him......, but you or Bash and every one else will probably "beat" me to it.

Now then, allow me to completeley deviate from the topic;

I simply did not realise how difficult it really is to get to the top vis a vis, Bollywood Playback singing until I watched the Indian Idol and SaReGaMa shows etc....... an up hill struggle, but once you get there the demand must be phenominal with recording contracts, album etc.

I could be wrong, but from what I've read; Anwar and Shabbir just preferred to do (RAFI) concerts and kept themselves very busy with tours etc and it also (guaranteed) paid a heck of a lot of money.

..............and there's also the aspect of work/life balance.

But even then, there's got to be some RAFI compilations by ANWAR, it is simply unacceptable, I am not happy

Well friends the inevitable has finally happened I've managed to crash my computer and have lost ALL of my ANWAR songs I've given up on the idea of recovering files from hard drive.

I shall have to start afresh; please can I request you guys to HELP upload your songs list, I hope to gradually get all the songs

I can't believe I've made such an error ie not creating a backup or even burning them DOH

will begin to download all existing ul's, including ones I ul'd
