As per a record I saw Geeta Dutt first sang a song for the movie Bhakt Prahlad in 1946.

HB, here are the lines of the first song Geeta ji sang for the film Bhakta Pralhad (1946)

Yes, I agree that any of those 4 songs could be the first song and it is almost impossible now to figure out which one was recorded first.
