Did Rafi Saab Sing A Couple Of Pakistani Songs, Around 1963?? Options

Can someone clarify the above query of mine?

I have raised this query because I have some evidence of it, but still am not 100% sure!!!

Dear Asjad sahab, ofcourse Ahmed Rushdi is the biggest name in the Pakistani film industry when it comes to playback singing......but did you read what he said upon death of Rafi sahab?????

Ahmed Rushdi said: "Main bachpan hi se Rafi sahab ka fan tha, aor aik waqt aisa aaya jab main khud singer bana to woh meray ideal ban gaye."

My sweet myawn sahab; Copying sumone is a different thing and declairing sumbody his favourate is a separate story.On Mukesh death in 1976 Rafi ahab said'' Mera ideal aaj iss dunya ko chor gaya ''.
It was only a complimemt but it does not mean that Rafi was copying Mukesh.Same is the case with Rushdi sahab.He only expressed his feelings.And as far as this 'Bachpan ka fan' is concerned,Rushdi sahab started his career in late 1940s and at that time Rafi himself was struggling.All these names are great and every one had his own style.Like Kishore sang a Rafi song in order to pay him a tribute.It doesnt mean that Kishore is a imitation of Rafi.Lastly kindly produced that interview of Ahmed Rushdi.Thanks
