Fantastic Place To Visit...., Chikmagalur..........Karnataka Options

I have been to this lovely place Chikmagalur in Karnataka recently. I never heard about the place and the trip had been a memorable one for more reasons than one.
Nestled in the Western Ghats and far away from madding crowds, the place turned out to be a real haven of peace and tranquility.
Stayed at a place called " Eagle Eye resorts" and the place has a beautiful view of the Ghats...the weather was heavenly..the mists rolling all over the hillocks and painting a beautiful picture which varies with each passing moment..The balcony has a fantastic view of the Ghats with greenery spread all over..and with nothing but the sounds of the crickets for company, it has been the most idyllic holiday i ever had ! posting a few pictures..Ofcourse the music was always there in the background...
Thanks to Lakshmi, Drake, Hilde and Marc bhai..they are the inspiration for me..
The famous Halebid and Belur temples are enroute and will post those pictures next time ...
