I'm not sure if Mohabbat Choome Jinke Haath from Aan qualifies as a Rafi-Shamshad duet. It is essentially a Rafi solo. In the film, however, one of the characters is shown humming just one line at 2-3 places in between. It seems to me that Shamshad singing these lines was recorded separately and this song was not recorded as a duet.
