The Genius Of M.venkata Raju, His Top 30 Songs

Untimely death put an end to his career, depriving Kannada moviedom of hundreds of melodious songs. He composed music for (as far as I know) only eight films, Bhaktha Kanakadaasa(1960), Chandra Kumaara(1963),Jeevana Tharanga(1963),Nandaadeepa(1963),Raajaa Sathyavratha(1961),Shri Dharmasthhala Mahaathme(1962), Swarna Gouri(1962) and Thejaswini(1962). I am uploading what in my view are the best 30 songs composed by him. Here is the first group of seven songs from Swarna Gouri.
