Story
This movie is about Joseph (Nana Patekar) and Flavy Brenganza (Seema Biswas), who are deaf and mute. They have a baby girl together that they decide to name Annie, who was a healthy and was able to speak and hear. A few years later they have another baby, a boy named Sam, who is also able to speak and hear. Annie's life was divided into 2 worlds one was with her deaf and mute parents and on the other hand was music that Annie loved. A few years later after the tragic death of Sam, Annie's (Manisha Koirala) life was shattered into small pieces and music and singing faded away from her life. When Annie grew up she got in touch with music once again; with Raj (Salman Khan) whom Annie kept getting closer to and felt she was getting pulled towards him in love. She starts singing again. However, after a terrible mistake Annie got pregnant and her father told her to be smart and abort the baby because it will dishonor the family, but Annie refused and went against her church, her religion. When Joseph heard this he asked Annie to leave the house. But Raj left Goa for a few days and when he came back he tried to convince Annie's father that he was a nice guy, but Joseph disliked him mainly because he was a (Hindu) and didn't live in Goa, so Annie would have to go far away from him. Now will her dad accept Raj as his Son-in-law? Will Annie ever meet her parents again? What will happen?

Kavita Krishnamurthy got the best playback singer for the song Aaj Main Oopar.

Remo Fernandes was the music director for the songs Huiya Ho and Shinga Linga. I am missing Shinga Linga in my collection. If somebody has the song please upload it.
