i am trying to download the attachments but i can't dl them. but i understand that i have to have a upload ratio for that. but how do i do an upload, i tried to do an upload in pak ghazals section for a mehdi hassan ghazal with all the details as well but i was denied and the message appeared that "i do not have the authority to do that or something like that. pls someone guide me how do i upload songs in order to dl this abshaare ghazal album. this is very confusing........
