23rd of December 2004 marks Madam Noor Jehan''s 4th death anniversary. I have dedicated this special thread in remembrance of Madam Noor Jehan who was by far the most decorated and well respected artist of subcontinent. Madam's voice will always remain close to our hearts.

I just got back after a spell of illness and oh my God what absolute treasures u have posted out here. Saw the other pictorial tribute too but this family album is just mind blowing--never seen any of these pics and just love them. Seeing one's idol in a home environment, with the people she loves is just awesome. Such rare photographs which U have shared so generously with us. Thanks so much!!! Do U have more of these kind of pictures?

Surhall Ji, Just letting you know what I have:
1. Shaala Jawanian Maanein -Gul Bakawali - 1939 (Complete song)
2. Kankaan diyaan faslaan pakyaan ne -Yamla Jatt - 1940 - (Short audio clip)
3. Bas bas ve dholna ki tere naal bolna - Chowdhri - 1941- (Short audio clip)

I think the songs of Sheela (1935), Mr & Mrs Bombay(1936), Heer Sayaal(1937), Sassi Punno (1938) are not available anywhere.

If someone here might have the full versions of songs # 2 and 3, please upload for me.
