This song appears to have a second male singer (G. M. Durrani).
I found an old thread that indicates the music composer for this song is Khan Mastana.

Thanks for the link Exon ji. Earthmusic too mentions that all songs are by Gyan Dutt but as I have learnt over the past couple of years, Mahesh Sharma is almost never wrong. I'll tag my file accordingly.
