Manvisuri, The file attchments can be removed by using the 'Complete Edit' option. This option is available in the Edit button at the botton of your post. When you are in edit mode, delete the attachment and the attachment number in your post. Alternatively, you could delete a whole message by using the delete button. If you wish you provide a link to an external file upload, I think that is allowed. As far as I know, the current bitrate limit is 192. It is explained in the Announcements and Notification section.
