Dear Friends,

As we always wanted to start हमारी मेहफ़ील under correct name, let us all join together and start a lovely सुरीला सीलसीला which continue to grow forever.

हमारी इस मेहफ़ील मे सबका स्वागत ह.ै आईये हम सब मीलकर इसे रोशन करे !

In the beginning, I am presenting the song of Kishoreda which he use to sing while starting his Mehfil (live shows)

Idol, nervousness is a good thing. so don't feel bad if u r nervous. Even the greatest of singers are nervous before a show!

Remember what will help you on stage is confidence. And confidence comes only from practice. So, basically there is only one mantra - practice, practice, practice! And practice doesn't mean singing only. It is singing AND listening. Do a lot of listening to the music you are going to sing.

Record the songs u r planing to sing and put it up here. we can give u song-specific feedback.

they asked me for 20 min performance............and that would be romantic songs both in Hindi and Farsi..........now,... i can practice from today and make the list..........what i fear is what if they request a specific song?...........mostly gals request to sing new songs, and i don't know how to sing ...................as soon as i make up the list -- maybe three songs, i guess?--- one hindi two farsi ....i will post my selected song here.........and plz do give comments so that i do not make myself embarassed infront of people.......it's too soon to perform now, i am only 5 mnth old student
