Even before starting the Kachha Dhaaga thread, I had completed two marathon uploading sessions of Kishore-da's classics in a series called "An Evening with Kishore Kumar", Parts 1 & 2 --- a total of 39 songs that were then not in the Library. These were songs from his early greats in the fifties through his breakthrough as well as chart-busting hits in the 70's. I think it might be redundant to upload his songs after the heydays of Rajesh Khanna and the early hit movies of Amitabh. Also, I am not familiar with Kishore-da's songs of the 80's, when reportedly, the musical compositions by-and-large did not do justice to his immense talents. But as and when I come across a rare Kishore-da number or a lesser-heard song I take pleasure in uploading and sharing it.
