I'm going to try this topic at HF, see how it goes.
We remember making our own mix tapes, often confined to 60 or 100 minutes, then CDs came out and we had to limit them to 74 or 80 minutes, now with the mp3 players and the music libraries, our playlists can be any length at all. So what I would like to see from folks who are into playlists, is to see what you guys like. No limitations as to type of music (any language, any genre). Can be any theme, your favorite party list, driving list, workout list, remix list, dance hits, sad songs list, any theme at all! Please, please do not spam this thread, and please do not make requests here as this is Chit Chat, thanks. (If anyone uses iTunes and needs to know how to export their playlists to text or html files, I can help you with that) I think this one was my first playlist that I played on the radio at HF, a rather fun oldies list for me: Doston, Apna Tau Yeh Imaan Hai Jo Bhi Jitna Saath De, Ehsaan Hai Umr Ka Rishta Jodne Waale Apni Nazar Mein Deewane Hai Thanks for the memories HF. Bye Bye. deewani is "permanently away" |

Thank you ladies for 'em kind words, my turn to wallow
Mmmm Raat and Shaam... now that's a whole other playlist! You know ever since I have had the liesure to enjoy music, I have begun to envy all those people that make a career of it. It must be soooo awesome to be musical, if one weren't too greedy/ ambitious. Anywhooo... I came here with two things on mah mind... Deewz, did I say you were a prince among men and women?? (ref your latest lessons to newbies) Can you please demystify this for us lay peeps? (Whenever time permits ofc) http://www.hamaraforums.com/index.php?showtopic=38889 Not that you aren't a prince too Madhz , just of a different kind. You and Mandy (Jaadugar ji) are gonna stop my dreaming in its tracks! When I am at that thread, I am reminded of yet another Gujju saying - "bhains agad bhagwat na thai". I feel like the audience must've felt in the Gargi - Y fellow debate!! That means Mandy's a prince too doesn't it? Ok I have rambled on long enough... back to playlists/ music et al You must be the change you want to see in the world - Mahatma Gandhi |
