Thank you Bash. A few more... this one is oft, if not always omitted from the cassettes and soundtracks of Kabhi Kabhie, I just love the Punjabi flavor of it. I found it on Napster several years back, it was tagged as remastered from the vinyl - probably the person who shared it is among us now, whoever they were thanks a bunch!

Lovely share Sriji, one of my favorite CDs that one is; Umrao Jaan/Bazaar combo.
I agree Bash that the Kabhi Kabhie number sticks out here, but since it is not so common, I wanted to share it. Actually if you look at some of his other soundtracks, he does demonstrate range (think Sawaal - Maana Churaoge Badan, Trishul - Jaan-e-Man Tum Kamaal Karti Ho), but it is the softer poetic side he is remembered for. Here's another one of my favorite Lata & Kishore duets. More in this tradition of Khaiyaam. Dil-e-Nadaan Tera Ishq Hai Meri Zindagi 192 kbps 5:50 Followed by a Lata/Suresh duet. Dil Akhir Dil Hai Jab Se Dekha Hai Tumhein VBR 5:28 Doston, Apna Tau Yeh Imaan Hai Jo Bhi Jitna Saath De, Ehsaan Hai Umr Ka Rishta Jodne Waale Apni Nazar Mein Deewane Hai Thanks for the memories HF.
