Please Recomend Universities In The Us / Canada, For Studying Computer and Engineering Options

My eldest son is planning to study Engineering / Computers next year after completing his 10 + 2 from CBSE.

Could you please recomend the best universities - rather the best value universities in the midwest and north region of the US and /or the Ontario region of Canada.

If any one has studied or is still a student in this region I would definitely like to hear from you. Please reply on the forum or you may PM me.

no specific idea billu ji. important thing is the rank of the university whether it is canada or usa.
look for universities which are of higher rank and the subject too is important.

few more universities are: university of virginia, university of iowa, carnegie mellon university,
suny ( stony brooke ), louisiana state university, university of kansas, kansas state univeristy.

few good univ from ontario, canada: univ of toronto, queen's univ, york univ, univ of ottawa, univ of waterloo

stony brooke, louisiana state univ are very good. if u want in north america/ontario then select accordingly

don't worry billu ji. choose some universities. u may consult some prof. and app accordingly.
apply to many universities ( around 10-15 say ), the chances of getting admission will be very high.

like: app to 5 univ from top 30, 5 from top 50, 5 from top 100 this way.
