Friends, I have good collection of the movies released before 1975. Many of these movies have great numbers sung by Rafi Saheb. Observing the enthusiasm of you guys/gals, I am starting this thread for the benefit of all Rafi fans. I would upload some Yaadgar songs of Rafi Saheb, once in a week.
I am starting with an all time hit of Rafi Saheb. This is from the movie Naina (1973). It is said that the heroine of the movie Rajshri left the movie, after shooting of a few reels, owing to her marriage and settlement in USA. The movie, therefor, got delayed and was reshot after taking Maushmi Chatterjee as the heroine. The storyline was also changed. This song has been picturised on Shashi Kapoor who is first singing for Rajshri, this was the original song shot during the initial making of the movie, and then one para he sang for Maushmi Chatterjee later on. We can easily find the age difference and change in hair style of Shashi Kapoor.I have joined both the songs to make it one for you all Rafi Saheb's fans. Enjoy....... Gaurav...I am quite busy these days...still...check this thread after some days. Here is another hit of the initial sixties..in black and white. The heroine is the famous dancer Ragini well known as one of the three Travencore sisters,others being Lalitha and Padmini (who also acted in hindi movies).
