Memory Mellows Time, Nostalgic Old Songs Of Asha Bhosle

Member No.: 356	In keeping with the purpose of this forum as a tribute to the Legends of Hindi Film Music, this thread is devoted to nostalgic songs of Asha-ji. My contribution to this thread is in the form of better sound-quality tracks of those melodious old songs with which 'Kachha Dhaaga' started in the Asha Bhosle forum. All tracks are at 128 kbps, sound-edited and set to the 'default' volume level of Musicmatch. The song tags commence with the year of the movie, so that we can file the tracks in chronological order. Members are requested to participate in this thread and upload their own contributions. Starting with this Sahir Ludhianvi classic: If you stop trying to make sense of it all, you'll be less confused. Reality is an illusion.

Shamma pe aake o parwane from Meenar -- should that be included in our collection? Then the songs of Shiv Kanya--the lovely ab kaun mera sansaar mein, we have a very clear sharp version uled by Dharmvirji but the file has needle scratch; I am hoping we will get a vcd rip very soon. I am also rather fond of shankar ki puja choote na from Shivratri. Here are some good ones from 1955. I am fond of N Dutta. he has so many good ones with Asha.
