Dil ka mehman mujhe kahan chala chhodke - Asha Bhosle, from the film MOOJRIM (1970) - that's how it is spelt in the 'titles' section of the film Music : Sonik Omi starring : Joy Mukherji, Kumud Chhugani, Nishi, Jayashree T, Jayant etc. The woman who'e trying to occupy the heroine's position is trying to nab the hero. She's a tribal... so i guess she has somewhat crude methods. When all else fails - she gets a lasso, swings it in the air and lassoes him ... brings him to the ground...and then springs her song on him. That accounts for some of the weird sounds you may hear in the beginning !!! Enjoy !  Sri P.S, If anyone figures out the meaning of the word 'jardjilla' ( comes frequently in this song ) - do let me know. Otherwise I will have to think that it is some tribal-sounding word cooked up by the famous Hasrat Jaipuri to fill up the tune of this song !
