Hi everybody!
It seems this thread was languishing inspite of some prominent HF people being in Karnataka (what a shame  )So let me kick-start this with this beautiful number by SP Balasubramanyam. I would appreciate if members further this thread by u/l ing songs with a single criterion: The song should be melodious - very very pleasing to listen to. The mood doesn't matter. Let's see how this goes...  Self - belief is the most potent force.

All Right! That's enough Kids! I have been reading the thread on Beautiful Kannada songs but all you kids seem to do is fight about Jaane Bhi Do Yaaron, Bhakti Bharve, Bhimsen Joshi and everything else in the world, in a language I don't even understand! Time to listen to some real beautiful kannada songs by none other than ( Lo and Behold ) Bheemsen Joshi, S.Janaki, P.B.Shreenivas, B.K.Sumitra And Vani Jayaram. Enjoy!
