Yo Nimii, pls carry on.
Still haven't tried my hand at the saang - will do so shortly. Anything spicy (as in chatpata - not overspiced) with gravy (preferred) or without gravy is fine. My personal thumbrule is: to prepare an extremely tasty dish with the simplest of materials/garnishings. Whatever fits that definition is more welcome  And pls serve your recipes with some icons  Self - belief is the most potent force.
