As I said before that one of my patient told me that he has Rafi saheb" song s diary.I requested him to to give me for few days so than I can scan it and post it to H/F.He was very reluctant but I persuaded and convinced him to give it to me . These are two diaries with calender of 1968 and 1969 in it,First one is numbered as Book no.57 1-11-68 31-12-68 other one is titeled as Book no 58 from 1-1-1969 to12-4-1969 Attached image(s)

I have not heard this song before by going through the lyrics it seems that it is a wonderful song Film..Aaja sanam other details..Hit ji ,plese Hit Suna-en dil ki sada-en, zara qareeb aa-o Tumhe.n galey se laga.en ,zara qareeb aa-o Hazar phool khilaa-o,wafa ki raaho.n may.n Bahar ban k simat ja-o meri ba.n-ho may.n Mai.n choom loo.n yeh adaa-en zara qareeb aa-o Tumhe.n......
