Rafi Saheb's Own Song Diary, Have a look Options

As I said before that one of my patient told me that he has Rafi saheb" song s diary.I requested him to to give me for few days so than I can scan it and post it to H/F.He was very reluctant but I persuaded and convinced him to give it to me .
These are two diaries with calender of 1968 and 1969 in it,First one is numbered as
Book no.57
1-11-68
31-12-68
other one is titeled as
Book no 58
from 1-1-1969
to12-4-1969

Hai yeh kon sa naghma us ki khamosh aankhon mayn
Hai yeh Kaun see masti,us ki madhosh aankhon mayn
Hai yeh kaun saa jaadoo Us kay ishaaron mayn
This second stanza is scribelled ,it seems that this stanza is not the part of the song.I donot have the song on my H.D. to cross check it, Please confirm, and U.L.this song


Third stanza
Sunlo beqarari yeh fasana jahan walo
Keh lo shouq se mujhkotum deewana jahanwalo
Likh lo naam mera bhi,aaj se beqararon mayn
