As I said before that one of my patient told me that he has Rafi saheb" song s diary.I requested him to to give me for few days so than I can scan it and post it to H/F.He was very reluctant but I persuaded and convinced him to give it to me .
These are two diaries with calender of 1968 and 1969 in it,First one is numbered as
Book no.57
1-11-68
31-12-68
other one is titeled as
Book no 58
from 1-1-1969
to12-4-1969

Rafi must have been a perfectionist the way you describe his penmanship to be very much artistic. No wonder he undertook the arduous journey to excellence with such seriousness and persistence.

Somebody in this forum described some time back a song composition/recording situation in which Lata and Suraiya were giggling and horsing around while Rafi was all seriousness itself personified as he concentrated on thinking of creative ways of bringing out the best in him. Was the song situation "Bheege Palken?" Anybody?
