I have found a very offbeat Asha track on a chill/lounge album. I could n't be mistaken so much as not to recognize her quintessential voice. Tell me yourself after hearing.

Thanks so much for the track Anurag. This was uploaded earlier by a friend but due to my poor connection I got only half the song--it was more than 10 mb--nice one. This was recorded for a Western movie.

I have n't heard Ave Maria, not that I can recall. If you tell me which album it is on - a compilation or a soundtrack, I can try to locate it myself.

Hi Anurag,
The album is titled Ave Maria as is the title track. It was an 80s album done in England--English and Hindi--quite a lot of music with Ganesha chants and so on. Not full songs as such.
I have not located my cass versions yet.
