If SKFan means Shabbir Kumar Fan probably you should be better in Shabbir Kumar's forum and not in Rafi's Forum unless you are contemplating on switching loyalty. As far as u/l and d/l are concerned you need not worry at all because you have not really missed anything when currently we are in the business of number games where quantity is accorded greater preference over quality. Pay attention to the sound advice of LEGENDRAFI (who by the way is in the right forum as his name suggests). I like the sound of his sound advice. It even sounds nearly as sweet as Rafi's voice. The gist of his analysis explains what impact the new rules have on avid and rabid HF'ers in a HF that is slowly being bereft of discussion and hurtling in the direction of a song exchange one. Just to prove that the Forum still retains some of its residual discussion attributes (sometimes even heated and passionate) surviving from the golden days of yore I have at the moment taken the pains of committing my athritic fingers to the painful exercise of banging on the keyboard in this frigid wintry day of December in Canada. What is the point of d/l'g when it only depresses your ratio? Moreover most of the songs u/l's have anyway been u/l'ed just a week or even a couple of days ago in a different thread. So even if the song is rare it is not so in this Forum and while there are quality ceilings in force with regard to bitrates of the songs, there are no restrictions on repeat d/l's of the same song. For a newcomer who has not as yet accummulated a huge song collection the urge to improve the ratio propels the person toward filling the u/l space and time with very common and/or popular songs. So one really benefits from this exercise. But once in a while some people would like to get wowed by other people or they genuinely would like to share their khazana with no motive whatsoever to expect anything tangible in return. It is at this moment one wishes to be able to swoop down within a nano second and pick the rare gem up. It then necessary to become an Angel. Becoming an Angel is so simple. The Almighty Dollar can do wonders. It can transform a devil to an angel within the blink of an eye. One day I blindly followed Sajdah's example and suddenly found myself to my utmost chagrin and embarrasment that I had indeed become an Angel.
