Sirf yehi kahungi ke johnnykideewani ban ne se pehle mera yahoo ID nusratkideewani tha, but that was when he was still alive, many years back. I have Pal Do Pal, I bought the cassette when it came out way back when, had a hard time finding it again, but I did, fantastic soundtrack, still hope to buy the original CD one day if I ever come across it. Thanks for the offer. I'll try to share whatever else I have on your list, pretty much I've done it all with the exception of the few I noted so I'll share those soon too. Night Song does not have any Lata versions on it, which album is this Lata duet you have from? I have no knowledge of such a duet by the two with those words, please enlighten. Besides Night Song and also Sorrows, Partners In Rhyme (Hardip Sidhu & Prem Hans) have done versions on their albums Timeless and Replay of Ustaad's versions, with different verses then the Night Song one. BTW, it is said that Ustaad only agreed to compose for Kachche Dhaage if Lata would sing in it, it is also said that she recorded that song for him after he had already passed away. So I'm wondering how a duet exists of any song of theirs......... From a filmfare interview of Lata by Subhash K Jha: QUOTE You've just recorded a song composed by Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. Do you regret not having worked with him during his lifetime? I met him twice. Once I invited him over to my house. I also went over to listen to the songs he had conceived for a film. I'm still waiting for your reply to my above inquiry about the duet....... my thoughts on Rahat: I still haven't made space in my heart to accept him, I've heard a few of his albums, he's not bad or anything, it's too early for me to evaluate him in an unbiased fashion, especially when he' s recording ones where I prefer Ustaad's version. You are right is an horrible edit and there was me thinking that it was an duet with them both actually singing together. Thanks for the songs deewani. Regards Khuram
