Actually this song belongs to Sassi Punnu 1938 where
it was sung by a male. The MD of that movie was Dhumi
Khan.

The other song: aa mil meriye maahiyaa ve
was sung by Surinder Kaur, who also recorded
raah jaandi akhiyaan la.Daye in the tune of
Jab se balam ghar aaye/Barsaat.
