Owing to so many Jhankaar Beat songs around me on so many places in real life as well as net, i have decided to offer some Original Recordings from Audio CDs released very early ..in fact in the life of Madam Noor Jehan. Plz accept.

A good effort Yasmin. Noor Jehan songs sans jhankar in CDQ have actually become rare. I have been collecting her songs in CD quality. Would like to share them with you all as and when time permits. Starting with a song from Chingaari (1964)

After listening to songs of Noor Jehan composed by Wazir Afzal, one simply gets into a sort of a trance. Wazir Afzal is one of the most talented composers I've heard, second to obviously the legendary mastero Khwaja Khurshid Anwar. Some of his best compositions for Noor Jehan...
